Doesn't matter then. If you can't upload any files then can't help. Was going to load a copy of your profile on the same version of Mach and test with your file, but guess that's not possible now, seeing as you won't be able to upload your profile too.

Good luck with the troubleshooting.

Change your file.tap to file.old or .txt or something like that and see if you can upload it. Just explain you did that so the person helping can change it back to tap file. Just a thought.

There is a great way to transfer files of any size by using the Google drive, it is free for up to 15 Gigs of storage. You upload what you want and then send a link to a persons email address and they can download from the Google drive. Only drawback is you cannot use a Yahoo email they don't play nice with Google. I have used this to send videos and doc to anywhere. :Yay here are the instruction for downloading a folder of file or video.

Our machine was doing this. We bought new pinions and timing belts and re-calibrated the axis for x and y. Solved the problem.
