Your problem I suspect is that your license is fake

https://www.machsupport.com/forum/index ... #msg241118

Artsoft kindly added some bugs to mach3 so that when you install it with a copied licence it does strange things so that it damages your work / cuts .... On the basis of it serves you right for using a fake licence

https://www.machsupport.com/forum/index ... #msg241118

I would suggest you switch to uccnc and buy a CNCdrive motion controller.... Or switch to Linux and run linuxcnc with plasmac... As it will be cheaper than buying a $175 USD mach3 licence for software that is no longer developed.... And essentially obsolete with many known bugs and nuances that uccnc and linuxcnc have resolved over time.

Ok there is another thing in play if you do not have a license you are limited to 250 (around that amount) lines of code. In you first image the line count is 274 :HaHa :Sad
DIY 4X4 Plasma/Router Table
Hypertherm PM65 Machine Torch
Drag Knife and Scribe
Miller Mig welder
13" metal lathe
Small Mill
Everlast PowerTig 255 EXT

Thanks. I think the problem is about the license
