unites per minute will excede the set feed rate

My feed rate is set at 135 in sheetcam but on my mach screen it shows the inch per minute going much faster on longer cuts.
I happens even with older tap files. I must have changed something without realizing it but can't figure out what.

I have tried changing kernel speed, step and direction pulse, cv settings. The only thing I can find to do is slow the feed rate while it is cutting so that it won't go over 135 ipm. If I leave the feed rate at 100 percent if can jump to over 200 in the unit per minute display.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
