Hey Guys,

My name is Tim, I've been a CAD/CAM designer for the last ten plus years for a semi conductor company. Just recently my wife and I were both laid off due to Covid, so we moved to Prinveille, OR and opened up a metal fabrication shop. I have always loved welding, cutting, ect and have been fabricatiing since a very young age. My Dad was a welder for the Port of Portland Shipyards for years before working for Harder Mechanical, but he has always kept my intest peaked. Enough about me please comment with your story...

Welcome aboard and good luck on the new adventure, retired guy been doing CNC plasma for about 8 years, built a few tables (sold them too).
I am mostly a Hobby type with many projects and having fun. Added other optional attachment to my table like Drag knife (sign vinyl cutting) Diamond scribe for etching, standard router for woodworking, just getting into small laser etching.
