Welcome to the site! Post back with a little more info about the brand of table and cutter your using and it will make it much easier for someone to help since each brand is different.

AS above also give the program you are using on the table for its control. the simulation in SheetCam is not showing the table moving only how it will look if cutting on the table no real connection. And this is the same for Mach 3 it will show movement on the DROs but no table needs to be connected for that to happen. First off with power on the table and controller do the motors lock up, if not you have a wiring problem or a pin setup in the program, each axis will have a separate step and a dir pin and a port number it talks with the computer in the program. The attached is for Mach 3 others will be similar

Hi- we were able to figure it out. We called the manufacturer and he helped us out. All was good, just accessing from the wrong place in the computer
