Just became a member yesterday, I have been here looking at this site for a couple of weeks now. I run a Messer machine with a drill spindle 1 rotating plasma and one break away plasma 30amp up to 400 Amp with 4 oxyfuel torches. I work for a major corporation so as far art files there isn't alot I can cut successfully. I get alot of compensation errors that I can't adjust out because I am locked out of setting. But I am looking at getting a low budget machine at my house its a go torch so if any one has any advice on that little hobbyists machine please share.

The GoTorch from Plasmacam is a great machine. Should you ever outgrow the 2x2 size, it is easily expandable in size to 4x4 or even 4x8 with most of the required parts available directly from Plasmacam. The Design Edge software is great as well, with upgrades available - the most popular being Advanced Height Control, Advanced Design, and Advanced Machine Control. I have owned several of the Plasmacam DHC2 4x4 tables for about 4 years now and I have no complaints.

Robert Johnson has many excellent youtube instructional videos at his Learn Plasmacam site here.
