Hypertherm HPR130XD
So, here's the issue, we have a HPR130XD that keeps throwing an error 105. My company hired an outside hand who does pretty good work. We replaced CS1 & CS3, and then the chopper. Then it started throwing error 134. Replaced PCB-2 and PCB-3, along with (get ready for it) the contactor, coolant pump motor, the big fan, communication cable, the gas consul's PCB-2 and PCB-3, a complete wiring harness for the power supply, and PCB-6. The following boards have been replaced 2-3 times... Chopper1, PCB-2, PCB-3, PCB-6, also CS1, and CS3. I've been in contact with Machitech (super helpful) and they've sent me the schematic for how the jumpers and dipswitches are supposed to be. Those are correct, we're getting power to everything that needs it, correct Ohm's, voltage, and amperage, and now after almost 3 months of our machine being down we are back to error 105. I don't get it, I'm at a loss I've gone through this thing with a fine tooth comb and all is as it's supposed to be except for running. Has anybody had this issue with the HPR130XD? Is it worth me sinking more time and money into it to get it fixed or should I get a whole new Power Supply or just a whole new system? Also, does anyone know if I can buy a 260XD and replace the 130XD power supply and it plug and play with our current gas consul? That's my rant, but I'm fed up with this 130 and really want to know if the 130 gas consul and torch lead are interchangeable with the 260XD power supply or if I should go with a whole new setup and trash this one. If anyone has any input... Thanks in advance.

Oh man, that's a real bummer. Most guys here are air plasma so your likely best to contact Hypertherm about the comparability of gas console and torch lead. I kinda doubt the 130 and 260 would use the same lead but again I would contact HT for a solid answer before sinking any more money into the issue. Best of luck!
