Going to need help with PlasmaCam

I built a table from scratch 13 years ago just for hobby use (using Mach3), but now am trying to get an old PlasmaCam table and computer up and running. The original desktop computer that came with the table is toast. I'm going to need some guidance on operating system compatibility with the PlasmaCam software. There's not a lot of info on this that I can find. I'll start by posting in some existing topics that I have found. Thanks in advance for any help!

Do you have the transfer of ownership. That's were the guys here had me start after the transfer. After I got the transfer of ownership filled out. Plasmacam gave me a basic design edge download which I really like. The people on here are so helpful I know you will have it running in no time. Watch some of Joe's videos on YouTube

Thanks, There are lots of helpful people here and on groups like this one. It makes me think that the interwebs aren't all bad(twitter). I'm not going the transfer of ownership route just on principle. For my use of this thing the older software will do fine.
