Welcome aboard! What tables and cutters are you considering purchasing, and do you have a budget in mind? There is plenty of information here on both DIY table builds as well as turn-key systems. Once you get up and running you will also enjoy the many cut-ready files you will find here. Use the search tool to find information on hardware, software, cad/cam, etc. If you can't find specific information you seek, then feel free to ask questions and we will be happy to try to help.

You could get a head start by starting to learn about some of the cad programs you will eventually be using. One of the most useful (and free) is Inkscape, which is great for creating and editing artistic designs to prepare for cutting or drawing. There are many great Inkscape tutorials, and here is an Inkscape course which I would recommend.
