Everlast cut issue 60s to IPT80 torch

Having an issue I can't seem to solve. This is 1/4" with mill scale removed before cut @38.24 ipm at 0.06 in height. Circles smaller then 2" @ 30% speed, outside corners tighter then 45 degree @ 60%, arcs smaller then 0.1969 in @ 65%. These are everlast direct consumables. Please help if you can.

Ok to check the torch alignment cut a small square and look at the cut angle. If 2 sides are cutting on an angle the torch is not straight up/down.
If it cuts with all 4 sides as the same angle you have a plasma flow problem. Meaning the plasma stream is exiting the torch not straight down. This can be a nozzle or air direction problem in the torch. If you have an "O" ring in the torch it may be broken of worn out.
To check for an air flow problem have the torch about 1.5" above the water and fire the torch, the water should move equally around the air blast,like a rock dropped in water.
