Greetings all from sunny Miami, fl.
I operate a shop that just acquired a 5*10 plasma.
I have been learning g code now for about a year and a half and also operate a couple mills and an old lathe. I was a chef for over 20 years, and have been open to learning a new career post covid.
Most of my cnc knowledge has been self-taught via YouTube and asking question on forums, looking forward to learning a whole new skillset with plasma.

Welcome! Self taught is how I learned as well, plenty of help here if you have questions. What brand 5x10 do you have and what plasma cutter is on it?

Re: New to Plasma
Stv pro plasma table with welded frame and a Hypertherm power sync 105 just received it about to plumb a water storage for water table to drain when we cut aluminum. We’re painting the water table with a marine based paint to prevent rust.
