Log trailer just finished
Excuse the messy shop, here is a trailer we built and just finished. 45 foot between front and back stakes. Hendrickson air ride with front lift axle. All fabricated from Strenx 100 sheet steel. Couldnt do it without the good old plasma table.
cutting the webbing from a 24 foot long sheet Strenx100 steel
Cutting the top and bottom flanges Strenx100 Steel
Two welders putting down .045 dual shield wire
beam taking shape
Cross members going in
Up on landing gear axles in now
Sandblasting finally done
Painted and assembled Ready for pickup
Lots of fun, these are the best jobs. Anyone want a trailer?

Very impressive work!! Thanks for sharing your photos - it's always nice to see what others are doing with their cutting tables.

Thanks. We have been doing the whole spectrum of repair on pretty much whatever comes in the door, but fabrication is the direction I am interested in specializing in. A cnc table is invaluable in jobs like this, there is tons of little parts and brackets and mounts etc that would eat up far to much time doing it all by hand.
