I am looking for some parts to put between the nested parts so as to use up the scrap.

does anyone have a dxf for wrenches, knives and pruning shears? the local hardware store would sell a ton of them if the price was right.

This may not work for everyone, but I cut 'round tuits' out of the soon-to-be scrap.

$.07/pound scrap turns into an $8.00 piece whan powder coated. It's also a great give-away for advertizing.
If someone looks like a good prospect for future business, I hand them one along with a few business cards and tell them to give me a call when they get around to it.

I dont have my CAD software yet, but I still can do some things in photoshop.

The business name token idea looks really good, I just got a powdercoat machine from amazon for $40 to play with.
