CNC Plasma Business in Wisconsin

Post by tnbndr »

This is probably a long shot but I am looking for a CNC Plasma table/business in or near New Berlin, WI.
I recently sold my plasma table and in the process of selling my shop equipment slowly. I am looking for someone in the area that is established or establishing a CNC Plasma cutting business that I can refer customers to. I have several requests for custom signs that I cannot do.
Anyone interested please email me at tnbndr@att.net or text or call my cell at 414-469-one six two six.

Thanks

Retiring for the second time!!!
No plans to move to a warmer climate, wife wants to be near grandkids. But I purchased an FJ Cruiser to set up as an overlander and going to do some overlanding and roadtrips. Just a different path for awhile.

Dennis - I remember seeing photos of your setup and it was one if the nicest I have seen. As I recall, you had a really nifty sheet storage rack that you built that slid under the table, but when you slid it out you could jack it up to make it easy to slide a sheet of material onto your table. That was really impressive! Good luck with your second retirement.

Yes I am, and I've already seen this thread, but I'm like 4-1/2 hours away from him. Thanks for the referral though!

Dennis - I agree!! With all the plasma tables sold, you would think there would be quite a few of us hobby guys in every town. I know that when I bought my first Plasmacam in 2017 - I was shocked that it seemed like very other guy I ran into at the metal supplier had one (not a Plasmacam, but a cnc plasma table of some sort). I remember one fellow told me he just bought a new Arclight Dynamics table and that it had a $300 upgrade for an auto tracer. That intrigued me and after a little bit of research I discovered that Les Newall of SheetCam wrote the control program called Scanything. I was able to purchase the Scanything program, camera, lamp, cabling, etc. - all for under $200 - and have a nice functioning auto tracer. What a handy add-on!
