Re: New guy
Hi and welcome.
Tell me about your table, and your software, and your plasma cutter of choice, and what you do (or hope to do) with your cnc plasma table. Is this a new venture for you, or are you just looking for people with a shared interest in cnc plasma cutting?

Re: New guy
Hello, not much of a table, i have an Arcdroid at the moment with a Hypertherm 45. I don't know much about software so i like the fact that i can just trace with the Arcdroid. I am into automotive stuff racing offroad and little bit of everything.

Re: New guy
It is a start!
I have only casually looked at the Arcdroid, but it seems like an interesting machine. it is a combination of a cnc plasma cutter, a pantograph machine and a Logic Trace board. I would like to have the opportunity to play with one, but it would not replace my Samson 510 table and DesignEdge software. Not that it is even TRYING to reach that level, but it seems simple enough to trace a design, and then let the Arcdroid cut it out of a sheet of steel.
I have to wonder how it would behave with a laser mounted in place of the plasma torch.
