The 100:1 setting is the only one that works on the F1628S. Setting it to anything else including raw arc does not work.
I confirmed this with the manufacturer.
The 100:1 setting is not a 100:1 voltage divider it means the thc is expecting to see raw/100 from the plasma
This is why you need a 2k resistor to convert the hypertherm 50:1 to 100:1

Yesterday the manufacturer confirmed that the F1620 V3.5 does have a built in voltage divider. My contact Sandy did say the unit requires raw voltage and there is no way to bypass the on board divider. The switch on the board determines how the voltage is to be used internally.
