Are you able to re-upload the smoothed edge .dxf file? Would be greatly appreciated. Using solid works and not as easy in solidworks to smooth out imported edges.

I made an account and paid $20 to gain access to this file as I need to cut one out. Any why it is still not letting me proceed with the download?

I think it usually takes a day or so for approval. Also I think perhaps Admin is taking a "long weekend".

hey everyone. I'm new here. I printed off the file in the link left by David, it printed on regular 8x11 paper. is this the actual scaled size of the ears? im just curious because i plan to trace it out and hand cut the ears out with a plasma cutter. any info would be great. thanks!

Here is the size of the bucket ear when I open the dxf file. That was the size the OP provided with his original dxf. I don't know what the actual size is supposed to be, but I assume this is correct.
