PrimeWeld Cut60 Settings Chart

Post by AdamE »

Simple chart to help with STEEL cut settings not listed in the PrimeWeld manual. These may not be the optimal settings for you, but will be a great place to start to further dial in to perfection. .PDF file attached

A good visual always helped me so i figure i cant be the only one, thanks. The values are (for the most part) interpolated from the settings chart primeweld provides in their manual. Likely wont be perfect but otta be in the ball park.

Thank you. This is very helpful. I'm using a Duramax torch adapter for the Primeweld Cut60, so I was using the Hypertherm settings and wasn't getting good cuts. I'll try this. Looks like my settings were too fast.
