Messer Camera Offset problems
We have a Messer Titan 3 and we recently replaced the camera, but now the camera is out of alignment with the torch head so it's a few degrees off. None of us remember how to fix the offset in those situations and the manuals for Messer only say that the offset should be at 0(x),0(y), but that doesn't change anything. Does anyone know how to fix that? Messer hasn't been known to be very helpful in the past and if there's a less painful approach to this that's the route we want to go. Thank you.

Re: Messer Camera Offset problems
Is any mechanical adjustment able to be done if you loosen the mounting hardware and tweak it a little. Can you change the offset in the software from 0x0y to whatever you need to achieve perfect alignment?

Re: Messer Camera Offset problems
Don't know Messer too well. But it's probably almost the same as Microstep.
Need to access a "hidden" program called MSService and then something called ParamCnC. In there I'm able to change all offsets of all axes on all cutting heads and yeah basically everything.
So my tip for you would have been contact your dealer then tech support would help you fix it in 5minutes max
Would also triple check to see if new camera is mounted slightly wrong.
