I can add a button to Mach3 with screen4 ,,,,,
The button will be a dry run button.
I know one of you very bright people can point me in the right direction of how to program the Dry Run button in sreen4

There is no reason for that, you can run a G-code by the normal way, just turn off the THC it you have it clicked. Keep the Plasma unit off so no plasma will start, All motions will happen to show the cutting action. If using a Ohmic sensor or floating head switch you will need to the metal loaded for it to touch off.
