Here is the roller with the new elongated side plates, winch mounting bracket, over head winch and sprockets.
I need to paint the new parts but I have a few arches to roll first.
I also added a spring loaded chain tensioner to help keep the drive chain tight and free of slack while running. I cut a piece of nylon cutting board and counter sank the bolt head into the nylon.
Used it today and the winch and sprocket speeds look to be just right.
Sure beats wearing yourself out rolling by hand now.
I cant remember who posted the link to sprocketeer a while back but thanks! It helped a lot with the sprockets.
Just thought I would share.
Thanks.

It only went up to 1-1/4 square I believe so I converted it to roll up to 2 inch square.
It will also roll flat bar well too.
I have had to roll a lot of gate top rails and doing it by hand was getting to be a chore.
So I went a head and made the larger tube fit and added a motor.
I just take my time in arching the square and don't force anything through.
Mainly I just had to get away from the hand wheel, smaller stuff was not a problem but the bigger material was making for long days........
Thanks.

Looks real good, but could use a chain guard... Wouldn't want my long hair in there.
