Picture conversion

Post by DXF »

I have tried but for some reason I can't seem to convert this to a dxf file I like. I would really appreciate any help. I've added a high res picture in a zip file to use. Thanks

Thanks for your effort. This is what it looked like when I opened it up in Plasma Cam.

I know and thanks for your help. That's a real hard one. I've been playing around with it for a while.

Thanks a lot! I've added a line drawing. I want to eventually design a 3-D version of this about 2'-3' diameter like the Eiffel Tower. Does anyone know how to design the roof panels so I can roll them lengthwise and weld together? Thanks again, you do really nice work.

Yes I can do your layout to roll and weld Dave, just PM when you are ready to do it and I will let you know what dimensions I will need from you.

Thanks Plasma Joe. I will need some help. My sister is taking pictures of it in Decatur, Illinois that I can use. I'll post pictures when it's done. I've already sold 2 of them! It was built over a century ago so I don't believe there are any copyright issues.
