Classic RV and Car

Ok, my dad wants me to cut this out for Christmas; I think most everyone can see that a bunch of stuff will fall out if I try to cut it as is. I have Inkscape but it won't let me open a dxf to work on it so can I get someone to convert this into a form where pieces won't be falling out of the design? I'll be cutting it on a plasmacam if that helps.
