some creative help

I have been working on this design for a customer and this cold must be messing with my creative side. I really hate the way it looks and maybe someone can give me some ideas to make it look better. Thanks in advance

Does it have to be those sort of dimensions? ie width vs height?

I think the corner scrolls don't suit in that layout with the plain section between them below the writing.

Try spreading them a little to lower the "lamps" to fill the void.
The dog could possibly too be lowered with his front paws nearing the "The" and a single layer of grass at them?

Not sure if it'd improve it but worth a shot i guess?

no it doesnt have to be that size. Just want more then a box under the dog and im not sure what to use there. I agree with the blank space. I dont like it at all
