Help converting an image

[I see spots]

I normally only cut brackets and tabs and such, so I do not have Corel or any artistic type software.

My good friend has asked me to cut him a plate for his Rhino with a frog giving the bird.

It will go on the back, so this image is from the rear and is perfect.

This will be a one off gift, so I hope to not infringe on any copyright.

If any one of you especially talented graphic gurus could convert this to dxf,
we would be grateful. Only need the frog, no background.

I will be cutting it from 0.120" mild steel with fine cut consumables and my PM1000.

great file, showed it to everyone sitting here and they were laughing, someone pointed out though that it looks like his ring finger is up rather than the "you number one" finger
