The piece picked up every minor wobble you made whilst tracing it.
After tracing it, I would have used the "Simplify Path" tool in Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent tool in the software you have at hand. It would have smoothed out the lines and made it cleaner looking.

You may want to put a lead-in on your cuts to get away from the blow out where it pierces for the start of the cuts.

Here is a polyarc dxf file with leadins set for 1/4 inch steel cut with plasma. default torchmate settings.
I redrew it in torchmate CAD. took a couple minutes
