Can GoTorch be run on V3.11

Can GoTorch be run on V3.11
Can a GoTorch be used with Plasmacam v3.11 software? I would like to take mine to another shop, but not have to load up all the computer gear. They have a DHC2 (or maybe just DHC, don't know for sure) running version 3.11. Are the controllers the same (they physically look the same)? can I just unplug one and plug another one in?

I have a GT & was told by Plasmacam that you cannot operate the GT on 3.11. (I also have a DHC running on 3.11 and tried it. NO go.
Life would have been a lot easier if they were cross compatible.
