So I am coming over to the dark side from a Torchmate set up to a custom built table with CandCNC Bladerunner with DTHC-II.
My simple question is this - for good cut quality on circles and curves it is necessary to slow down to 60% or so of the cut speed. On a Torchmate machine you go into feedrate/tamping max arc feedrate and enter a IPM speed, such as 118IPM, for each axis. How is this accomplished in Mach3 - Sheetcam TNG ?
Is it nearly automatic in the Sheetcam POST (using MP100-THC by the way)
Is it in Mach somewhere?
Is the slow down in mach, and the corner lock out in the DTHC - II?
Also, how does one save or build a library of stored DTHC settings?
Newb question on new table running MACH3

Re: Newb question on new table running MACH3
I use different tools in Sheetcam, with slower feedrates for holes--then just disable the THC when using those tools. I haven't ever worried about slower feedrates on anything but smallish holes.
