This is a good example why some of us are metal workers and others are artist!
Very nice!!
Question what size bit do you use and what RPM and depth of cuts and how many passes do you use?
Thanks Tom

sandpaper to prevent small parts in use 8/S/Fine Silicon Carbide Convolute Deburring Wheel , purchased in Ebay
Second, I use the polishing paste # 5 and # 6
in larger pieces use sand from 220-1500 and 8/S/Fine Silicon Carbide Convolute Deburring Wheel +polishing paste # 2 and # 1

Thank for the cutter info
Also interesting using a grinder not a router for spinning the bit "smart"
Always nice to see new ideas being posts goes back to the saying "none of us know it all "

Very nice work!
Do you only offer one size of ring? or build them in various sizes (finger sizes).

Re: cutting small pieces of stainless steel
I guess you mill a slot in the material to hold the part down ? Does anything clamp down on the part? What is the material you slot out made of ? What kind of machine is that ? Thanks

The material is 0.0625 "or less, the mini milling is homemade, here's some pictures of how I hold the piecesSampson Jones wrote:I guess you mill a slot in the material to hold the part down ?
