tulip sculpture

Post by ornametals »

these stand about 40" high. made from 10 ga. i put the pistol in the center. weld and ground smooth where the pedals meet the stem. stem is 5/8" rod and go into the ground 2'. takes a bit of forming for leaves and pedals to take shape.

ornametals,
Your Tulip is great, the wife loves it, although I seem to be unable to open your file in any of my programs when I download it.
Any suggestions?

dan, that seemed to work. let me know if it doesn't. not sure if the picture show enough detail but you want to put a slight break in all pieces and roll down. and the pedals, take the first 3 weld to stem. then take 2nd 3, stager and overlap then weld. hope this helps. share photo then built.
