Which codes for Proma THC ???

Hi there,
i have a 2000x1000mm plasma table working with PMX85 and machine torch.
I used to work with the processor "Mach2 plasma no z" and the standard sheetcam with Proma THC...worked fine



I wanted to use the path rules and pierce height, so I just upgraded to sheetcam TNG and now using the post processor "Mach3 plasma THC with scriber and backlash compensation"
Does anyone know how to setup the Proma THC ? Which codes to use?
Everything is working, but the Z-axis is fixed to the values entered in sheetcam plasma tool.

Not aware of any codes that could be used with Proma THC. There is no conversation between the Proma and MACH other than the UP and Down inputs
Any special codes from SheetCAM have to be decoded by a custom application (plugin) in MACH. There are no plugins for that product.

I did not use any special codes for Proma but you must turn on the THC on the program page of mach for it to work.

the signal for the proma are inputted to Mach like limit switch inputs they need to be ID in the port and pins page scroll down and you will see THC up, down and arc OK . You can run the proma in test mode and see the light on the diagnostic page for arc on Torch up and down is the are working.

...found the mistake.
My friend was the last one working on the machine and I told him not to forget to switch "everything" Off.
So he switched the PMX, the computer .....and the hardware switch for THC on the table in Off.
Now the switch is marked to keep in ON
