Toolset layout discussion

Post by Nacs Fab »

I have been working for several years with my machine and have yet to set up toolsets. I have always just remembered jobs with a specific steel thickness, and grabbed their .job file to start with, and deleted out the dxf and start fresh with those toolsets already loaded. I think I could set up Sheetcam more accurately these days by using the toolsets feature, but just wanted to see how you guys have gone about setting yours up. Do you have separate toolsets for Fine Cut including Fine Cut low Speed? Would you group them into metal types or just in general, give me your ideas. If you could, include some screenshots for us.

My machine is a bit of a black sheep in the sense that I use a Hypertherm 1250 but have the Duramax machine torch upgrade.
