A "PCM" file is a proprietary Plasmacam software file so if you don't have a PCam table you probably won't be able to open it to convert it. That being said maybe there is someone who knows how? If you work with PCam just open the file in their software and under file go to export then you can save it to a new file as a DXF. I then use a free DXF Viewer program that will save the DXF as a JPEG and I attach that one for the picture. I learned it from folks here too so I'm glad to pass it on!
