4x4 to 4x8
Hi all. I know that this has been asked before but am having a hard time finding what I am looking for. I am running 3.11. To do the upgrade do I just purchase 2 rails and 1 extra gear rack. Then but up the rails and slide the rack to butt up against the one on the machine now. Then just cut the extra and put on the ends. Also if I move the boom to the center leg do I need to get longer cables. Thanks
Pete

Pretty sure they charge you to modify the software to work with the larger cutting area ($1k or $2k if I recall correctly)

Use the existing machine to build a second machine, that's what I'm doing. The upgrade cost is money that was better spent building a new unit.
