Hello everybody! Phoenician here in AZ. Fabricator and welder with cnc machining experience.

Bout to build myself a 5x10 table but the more I read the more I second guess my choices.

Sooo, can you all recommend some control boards and THCs?
Pros? Cons? Etc….

I was looking at the warprunner but can’t find any info from people who have it.

Welcome aboard Jay! I'm in Tucson, so not too far away. There is an entire section here dedicated to diy tables, controllers, and accessories.I am sure you will find plenty of threads there documenting diy builds and perhaps answering some of your questions.
