Newb from Canada
Good day! I am so glad I found this forum! Lots of great info on here from lurking for a bit. I am hoping to learn many great things on here and hope to eventually build my own plasma table

Welcome to the forum! As Tom and plasmanewbie have mentioned, there is a wealth of information to be had here with respect to DIY tables, controllers, etc. What software - if any - are you currently learning to use (or already using) for your design work? What size table are you planning, and what if your budget for your build?

Thanks for the welcome guys! I am planning on using Fusion360, which is another reason to get on the board. I inderstand it is free for personal ise, unless I learn differently. Learning it shouldn’t be a problem, my wife does drafting and uses CAD every day. I am planning a 24X36 table. I know its a bit of an odd size, but its what I can fit in my shop. My budget less new plasma machine is about $1200 canadian

Langmuir Systems has some great Fusion 360 tutorial videos geared towards cnc plasma cutting which I highly recommend.
Good luck and let us know if you have questions.
