A Texan Howdy from Florida

Howdy Folks, names Johnny. I am a cnc operator, fabricator, and combo welder. I work and live in Florida at a small cnc shop. been a long term lurker and finally member. here is my first post after 2 years :HaHa

I program and operate a JD squared air suction plasma table.

Love making random stuff and just working with my hands.
Daily motorcycle rider 60 miles day. (1999 Honda Shadow Spirit VT1100c)

Welcome aboard many here with similar resumes, lots of info posted here for you to read or download. for a quick look around you can use the search function in the upper right. Where in the Sunshine state are you?

Welcome to the forum Johnny! I have never heard of air suction plasma table. Does this have air to hold the metal down, or do you mean suction to exhaust the cutting fumes? Feel free to post some photos of some of your projects and your table setup.

Suction for fumes! Lol I should prob clarify. I'll post some pics when I get to work!

OK, that's what I thought. I use a combination of water table/draft system on my Plasmacam 4x4. If interested, you can see the build photos here.

Johnny - that is a great looking shop that you work at there in Florida. It looks to be very well equipped. Thanks for posting the photos, and now I see what you mean by a suction table.
