sheet cam freezing

I tried to update sheetcam cutting tools so I could use the new sync tips with my Hypertherm powermax 85 and now whenever I try to change the parameters of any of the tools that were preinstalled it locks up the whole PC. How can I reset everything back to the way it was before I tried to download the new tool sets? I have a 2020 starlabs 5x10 with commandCNC.

record you license and remove SheetCam from your PC and download it from the web and reinstall the license and go from there. This should give you the current set of tools. If commandCNC has different tool you should be able to download them from their site. In SheetCam under the file drop down menu there is a import tool set selection.

Where did you get the toolset for the SYNC tools? It should be a simple download and then install it . ALl toolsets on the PC are in a folder called "SSheetCAM-Caandcnc/toolsets"

Download the latest sheetcam and run it. Then delete the sheetcam icon on your screen. Go to the start menu and type in sheetcam then drag and drop the 2nd sheetcam on your desktop and mark as executable after you open it
