I was extremely sceptical about removing dross with muratic acid. But I dug around and found that jug to give it a try.fitzy wrote:so quick question does muratic acid take the dross off as well? just curious. If it does that would be an extreme time saver
Yes I record all my cut conditions for every gauge.. I will spend a Saturday afternoon. just making 4" cut lines in different materials taking note of feeds and heights.. I only make a change to one at a time, until I see what I want. Then right it down in the Bible I have next to the machine. Next time I run it. I just program it into the post. I Also do not use my THC on anything thicker then 16 gauge. I get all my start conditions from the Thermal dyanamics literature for my machine cutmaster 51, I then start to adjust and tweek.automate wrote:Do you record all of your settings when you get them tuned in?
I have only cut 18 guage and I am really fearing new settings for other gauges as it seems to have taken me forever to get it right?
Any you share are greatly appreciated.
