Seeing lots of great projects here! This Cessna fire extinguisher mount is a recent project of mine. Cut on my FactCutCNC with Hypertherm Powermax 85, then formed, finished, and ready to install. Very happy with how it turned out!

Adam, care to share how you tuned your machine? I know youve spent quite a while perfecting your cuts, ive always been amazed how both of your machines have cut so cleanly, especially on alum!

Honestly I’m just running Hypertherm book settings. That’s how FastCut sends them all out and I’ve now installed 8 of them and they just work like this out of the box.

I do write some rules for small holes. I’ll go 75% speed on holes under 1”, then 50% on holes under .55”

I have been running the sync adapter and cartridges on the Powermax 85 lately and it’s just made it even better. The finecut cartridges are a game changer on 1/8” and down.

I to run a pm85 at book settings, I'm getting close on clean cuts but not quite like yours
