Here is another one I drew myself.

I cut this out of 12 gauge material and I was having a warping problem with the stripes. I came up with the idea to pause the machine after each rectangle was cut out and dump a bottle of water on the material to cool it back down. The material laid right back down flat where it should be. Weird thing about all of this, I noticed a huge decrease in the amount of smoke and dust created during the cut process. I have a 4' x 8' homemade downdraft table.

Ya, those long thin sections can move fast. I use a 1gl pump sprayer from Lowes. It cost $9 if I remember right and you can spray while it is running.

some one just suggested the other day to leave little tabs and then popp the piece out later...sounds good in theory
