I am including a picture of what I used to make this. Also included is a sawtooth hanger design I came up with after trying several picture hangers that were too weak or wouldn't work with my pieces. I cut these from 16 or 14 gage cold rolled steel and bend them 45 degrees. Then bend (2) .375" ID galvanized washers the same overall width as the sawtooth hanger bent. Hang the piece backwards from a small nail and mark the center of balance. Line up the center sawtooth V with the center of the piece and spotweld in place (this gives you a little room for adjustment when the piece is hung). I had to chop off part of the hanger to make it fit. Spotweld the (2) bent washers close to the edge to give you something to hang them from when powder coating or painting. This adds some dimension to your pieces by spacing them about .375" from the wall.
