iron cross

ok i have been at this for about a month now. business is doing ok . I have bought some of Garys work which makes me look like i know what i am doing. So low and behold a guy comes up and wants an Iron cross . And I am thinking thats not a problem i got that . And wouldnt you know it he wants an Iron cross with a rebel flag instead of the American Flag. Not really sure how to do that. Any suggestions. Not asking for anyone to do it for me but would love to know where to start.

kerf compensation,offset to the outside or inside one half your kerf width.
