I'm still pretty new to PlasmaCam, but I have a tribe of kids in the military that all want Unit emblems. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as to an easier way to convert files to dxf or pcm.

Your pictures of your files are great, but not all of us can open PCM files, is it possible to get them as a DXF?

Re: 3 - 4 ADAR
Sorry about not putting up the dxf files. I don't know how to use autocad as of yet so I convert the graphics using Algolab then clean them up in PlasmaCam. If you know of an easier process or even a software that has a good learning curve I'd be interested in getting it.
Here are the files I exported into AutoCad 2012 to save as a dxf.
I have a posting on here labeled "NEED HELP" I have no clue how to convert that graphic. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks so I can get it cut and powder coated before my daughter gets back to Ft. Bragg the end of Sept from Iraq. ANY assistance will be greatly appreciated.......
