Knife/Pocket Knife

Nephew is looking for a knife. I tried to convert this one and build it by hand, but am not happy with the results. Wondering if any of you might be able to help me out.

My newphew has caught the bug. He has been hanging out and checking out the CNC machine. He wants all sorts of stuff cut from it.
