help with deleting duplicate lines

i need help fast !
i am trying to cut this for a gift and cant delete the duplicate lines.
if anyone can help fix this file

I had a quick work over your drawing. See if that does the trick. I sure hope so.

I pulled it up and didn't find any double lines a couple of straight lines that weren't joined and I fixed them. Otherwise it opened fine for me. Called it Untitled- 2. Hope it helps.

Your drawing seemed to have about 15 copies of the outer oval....here is a simplified version. I hope it helps.

I gave it a quick clean and fixed what needed fixing, should be cut ready. Is this the look you were after?
