JPG to dxf Need help

I am wanting to cut a few knife blanks out for my father for Christmas.

The problem is, they were drawn than saved to jpg.

I have tried to convert them but it as been a pain with all the broken lines......

If someone out there has a program or the software to do a quick jpg to dxf, I would be very grateful.

Thank you very much for helping me with that.

I know it sounds like a silly thing to ask for but with just plasmacam software it can be a huge time consuming task and it still does not come out right most of the time (jpg to dxf).

Sometimes it's easier to just draw from scratch but my father wanted the exact drawings........
