THC problem

Hello guys

I'm new to mach 3 and CNC work but I'm learning. I have a problem with the THC part. If I engage the THC safe zone the torch will move to start position and fire torch and not move any other axis. If I take the safe zone off everything works good but it will try to bury the torch in the metal. I know this is something that isn't set correct.
