Plasma Cam DHC2

I recently purchased a used DHC2. It has cut well for a while and then starting having height control issues and problems cutting. Ended up replacing a parallel port cable. But lost all configurations in the process. Really struggling to get this machine to cut. Is there anyone willing to help with some configuration data.

What configurations are you missing? Reloading the software and setting it up like it was new should put in all of the default setups. The plasma cutting parameters will depend on what plasma cutter you are using.

I have a DHC2 with a Hypertherm Powermax85.....let me know what you are using.

I have a Hypo Therm 1250. The plasma will arc but not pierce or it will pierce and the head will continue into the material and not sence it just continues pushing into the material. When we reloaded it there were no default settings. I will attempt to reload now. Thanks for any and all help.
