This is my first attempt at creating a dxf file. I have not attempted to cut it out yet. Let me know if you attempt to cut it and if it cuts well.

Unfortunately I tried to cut the file I had posted and had some issues. One of the teeth was missing and the right side of the skull was a little flimsy with all the cuts. I redesigned the file and cut it out myself. It now cuts clean and is a solid cut. I have attached the new file. Please disregrad the original file. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I modified this to make the eyebrows and teeth single line cut. hope you don't mind. hope to cut it this weekend. thanks for sharing the file (how do you make it a picture on the post?)
